1. Set Up Your Employer Account
Getting started is simple. Complete the Employer Account Setup Form with your company information, contact information, estimated testing volume, services needed, and billing preferences. Once your information is received, NextGen Medical Testing, LLC can help you establish a testing process that fits your company’s needs.
2. Send an Employee for Testing
Once your account is established, I will provide your company with an Employer Referral Form to use when sending an employee or applicant for testing. The form includes sections for employer information, employee information, reason for testing, special instructions, and employer authorization. It also includes directions to our facility, what the employee should bring, and our contact information.
3. Testing Is Completed
The employee reports to NextGen Medical Testing, LLC, where the requested testing service is completed according to the type of test ordered and applicable procedures. We focus on providing a professional, confidential, and efficient testing experience while following the requirements that apply to the requested service.
4. Receive Results & Manage Billing
After testing is completed, results are handled according to the type of test performed and your employer account arrangements. Laboratory testing may require additional processing time before final results are available. Employer accounts may also be set up with convenient billing and invoicing options to make ongoing employee testing easier to manage.
